NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Sand Springs Planning Commission in the Charles Page High School Cafeteria, 500 N. Adams Rd., Sand Springs, Oklahoma, at 6:00 p.m. on the 27th day of January, 2026.

White Rose Partners, the developers behind Project Spring, a proposed data center in Sand Springs, have asked the City for a continuance to postpone the December 3rd Planning Commission meeting and allow time for more community discussion.
