Adam Wnuk

Adam serves as a Managing Partner for White Rose Partners, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's success by leading capital raising and structuring, overseeing development planning and feasibility, and ensuring seamless execution of project delivery. With over 13 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate, Adam brings expertise in site selection, due diligence, proforma development, acquisitions, leasing, contract negotiation, and asset management. His extensive international experience with a data center owner's rep consultancy spans mission-critical, global program-level engagements - including go-to-market and procurement strategies - as well as multi-story interior fit-outs. Prior to joining the data center owner's rep consultancy, Adam served as a Director of Real Estate overseeing all real estate portfolio activities and began his career in the debt capital markets serving various sectors of fixed income, most notably real estate and public infrastructure.
