Alejandro serves as Senior Development Manager, responsible for the predevelopment process including site due diligence, utility infrastructure coordination, design, zoning entitlements, and permitting. With 10 years of experience, he has worked on the development process from cradle to grave of multiple mixed-use, industrial, and master-planned projects across multiple states. His expertise encompasses site feasibility analysis, utility coordination, rezoning, contract negotiation, and predevelopment/design coordination for complex projects requiring specialized approvals. Alejandro's experience includes developing projects with unique challenges such as building on or decommissioning wetlands, developing on landfills, greenfield development, urban infill sites, and value-add/repurposing initiatives.
