Jeff Eigenbrood

Jeff serves as a Managing Partner at White Rose Partners, where he leads the firm’s development and investment strategies, overseeing critical functions such as site selection, acquisitions, development feasibility, and project execution. With over 13 years of experience spanning ground-up development, acquisitions, finance, and investments, Jeff brings a comprehensive and strategic perspective to the firm’s operations. Before White Rose, Jeff managed real estate investment and asset management activities for a family office with $500M in AUM, and directed development and acquisitions totaling $2.1B across 8M square feet for the Irvine Company. Jeff's proven track record of delivering results, fostering strong industry relationships, and identifying high-value opportunities positions him as an invaluable driver of the firm’s growth and a key contributor to its success. Jeff has a B.S. from Penn State University, and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson.
