In her role as Vice President, Mandy oversees all aspects of the Pre-Construction, Cost Estimating, and Cost Management process for projects across North America for White Rose Partners and a mission critical owner's rep consultancy. With nearly 20 years of construction industry experience, Mandy leads the Pre-Development team, providing strategic oversight while diving into the intricacies of highly complex projects. Before joining the mission critical owner's rep consultancy, Mandy gained extensive experience working with some of the most reputable General Contractors across the United States. This background enables her to deliver unparalleled expertise in managing the preconstruction process, ensuring seamless continuity from planning and design through procurement. Mandy’s strategic and analytical approach allows her to effectively lead teams, refine procedures, and deliver value at every stage of a project.
