Nick Zeman is the Senior Development Manager for White Rose Partners, responsible for leading the comprehensive execution of technically complex, mission-critical development projects. Drawing on 13 years of experience in construction, design, and real estate management, he specializes in delivering high-value capital projects from initial concept to final operational turnover. Nick leads the project lifecycle, beginning with strategic deal inception, including thorough site search, selection, due diligence, and financial proforma analysis. He adeptly manages the complex entitlement process and oversees detailed design management to meet rigorous technical specifications. His previous experience spans challenging and high-profile developments across multiple sectors, with a special focus on Advanced Manufacturing and Mission Critical facilities, directly relevant to data center infrastructure. Nick fosters a collaborative environment, enabling project teams to maximize effectiveness and innovation throughout the process. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Furthermore, Nick maintains professional excellence as a LEED AP BD+C Certified professional and an AGC Lean CM.
