Stephen L Sacks

Stephen, as President, is responsible for all strategic planning and execution of White Rose’s development projects from inception to completion. Stephen’s primary focus is working closely with investors and financial institutions raising capital and securing debt, spearheading all legal matters to negotiate agreements with all parties involved in the development and solicitation of customers and end users. Stephen works closely with other White Rose team members to oversee all matters concerning development feasibility, planning, zoning, power and utility agreements, jurisdictional approvals, community engagement and negotiation of tax incentives. Throughout his career, Stephen has successfully deployed over 1,500 MW of Mission Critical IT Capacity and has a vast industry network.
